ACTRA was founded in 2003 with the goal of fostering the promotion, development and breeding of Thoroughbred horses and to promote the sport of Horse Racing throughout Alberta. ACTRA has been in partnership with Rocky Mountain Turf Club and Evergreen Park in show casing the competition of the amazing Thoroughbred’s trained by dedicated horsemen and women on the Community Circuit.
